DiGiSavi – short for Digital Saviya – is a national initiative launched by FOUNDATION.LK to bridge the digital divide across Sri Lanka.
In a rapidly digitalizing world, millions of Sri Lankans, particularly in rural and underserved communities, still lack access to meaningful digital skills training, modern technology, and innovation opportunities. DiGiSavi was created to change that.
Through a growing network of 55 recognized community technology centers across 14 districts, DiGiSavi provides structured digital literacy programs, computer training, STEM education, and technology access to people of all ages – from school children to adults and senior citizens.
To empower every community in Sri Lanka with accessible digital skills, technology resources, and innovation opportunities – enabling individuals to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy, regardless of their geographic or socio-economic background.
